Pirate King

Platforming games were a dime a dozen during the 16-bit era. Amongst the noise were some true gems. If you want a platformer that makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside, look no further than Capt’n Havoc.

This game is colourful and well-animated, with a sense of fun that is completely unpretentious. Whilst not a classic on the level of Sonic or Gunstar Heroes, it is still well worth playing. If you’ve already played through the more popular platforming titles on the Mega Drive, you should definitely try Capt’n Havoc.
